因為發生了一些事，打開了運動、健身的念頭，有想過買跑步機在家中運動，但是後來跟朋友(他公司是做商業跑步機的)討論了一下就打消這念頭了！
原因是占空間外、跑步機還是最好自己試跑過後再買。
於是，都過另一位朋友－姍姍的分享，就去體驗了一下curve環狀運動，下面分享一下我覺得這家健身房的優缺點。

1. 交通是否便利:在我上下班途中必經之路(這個我有特別想過，如果超出公司←→我家以外，就不去了(就算公車差個幾站XD)。

3. 教練會帶你看一下環境，若有問題可以問。
4. 體驗完後推會員(這部分沒法，因為大家都要生活，我是看很開啦)。

我是體驗完後直接報，我朋友都說我有一點衝動(?)，但我思考了幾點符合我的需求
1. 做儀器的時間: 30mins 伸展5-10分鐘 [40分鐘內完成運動，我是覺得對忙碌的上班族是一大福音]
2. 每個月量 inbody : 透過儀器檢測，可以知道你的肌肉、脂肪比率等等。
3. 交通便利、分店多: 地點在我上下班途中必經之路，就算加班，也可以去公司附近的curve。
4. 教練年齡相近，會主動跟你打招呼，關心你( 運動的話，我算是需要有人監督派)。
5. 朋友有時運動會遇到: 因為現在在不同公司，這樣算是一個有時會見面，聯絡感情的地方。
6. 會教一些健身知識: 像是要吸收多少蛋白質、水分、肌肉、攝食產熱這樣。
我自己不喜歡的點是
1. 教練會在環中心說明這個月的活動之類，順便推請朋友來報名這樣(我是麻木了)
2. 乳清的販賣口味有蠻多種的，但大部分你都沒喝過，只有一開始滿六次可以試喝一包，你其他要適喝的話，要去櫃檯買一包 60 元
3.因為都是女性，有些婆婆媽媽，會來說妳的身材怎樣(我只想回干你甚麼事)，所以請注意時段。

因為有時候會加班，因此我去到公司附近的curve可爾茲跨店 (跨店要申請)。
每家店的特色都不一樣，但基本上豐原curve空間蠻大的，燈光有點微暗，但教練人蠻好的，伸展也有瑜珈墊可以伸展。
機器是比較大台的，和松竹店的不太一樣，但其實體驗覺得還不錯，若是加班的話，我應該還是會去豐原店curve跨店。
