【第一次-SEO實體讀書、交流會】活動紀錄
(一)Google SEO: 了解GOOGLE的規則，幫助網站改善分數(白帽)。
種種因素：
- 知名度
- 圖片
- 流量：有很多流量工具可以使用，像是Similarweb
- 分析競爭對手:誰的文章寫得好( 文章長度)
基本上要重視兩個方面
1.技術面
2.內容面
- 技術方面有談到:
(1)路由:階層字 「網址」

(2) 技術面(資訊工程)：舉例像是重視「網頁開啟速度」，如進入網頁等候超過25秒則太慢，可參考https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/4589209?hl=zh-Hant
另外，工程師改善網站速度等問題，其實有很多因素，像是套件本身的版本，以及是否修改後會產生其他問題，那基本上去修改這些、處理這些因素，工程師耗費的心力頗大，能改多少，以及如何溝通，是PM的重要課題。
(3)若頁面耗能怎麼辦?不讓google收錄【耗能頁面】、可能做一個特別入口頁[也放上相關關鍵字]，去連結耗能業面+行動呼籲{馬上去看產品}。
(4) 舉到的例子:
- 垃圾網站（拉長停留時間）: 讓你去點擊那些廣告。
- 痞客邦 （廣告） :太多廣告可能使使用者體驗下降等。
- 壹讀 （垃圾網站）
- KKNEWS(內容農場)
這些網站有可能是為了賺取廣告收入，拉長使用者停留時間，但是就算他本身廣告對seo扣分，但若其他項目加分，可能演算法最後結果加分的，他就有可能排在你前面。
(5)網域網址為爭加曝光度需要用不同的網域，現在搜尋結果同網域最多跳2~3個(找痞客邦寫手需要考量)。
- 內容方面有談到:
- 關鍵字規劃:
(1) 看你的文章想要得到使用者做甚麼，像是曝光、點擊、下單等， 再去考慮關鍵字。
(2)你關注的產業若有大事發生，可以試試看提及這個大事，偷吃他的流量。
(3)舉例來說，若你要開始關鍵字規劃，最基本先使用Google Ads工具。
像是:
「太陽餅老店」平均月搜尋量是100 – 1000
「太陽餅哪家好吃」平均月搜尋量10 – 100
使用者在google查詢的「關鍵字」在搜尋時，是否能在google網頁第1、2頁時就出現自家的網頁，在內容上需要將文字優化，如台中奇奇太陽餅店家，在標題、在網頁內文都有放入太陽餅等文字，同時也可以加入其他人常會搜尋的內容，如「台中 太陽餅」、「台中 太陽餅 推薦」等搜尋，有機會被搜尋。
＃時事流量: 寫相似文章的話，很難寫贏新聞
(二)seo如何入門：
若初學者[真的要開始做了]，建議可以先從wordpress建置，網域跟網站所有權很有關係，例如一開始部落格是建立在痞客幫，假若有一天痞客幫不見的話，就會危險，因為空間和網域不是自己的，這樣一來所有的後台資料跟自己所建的心血都會不見。
(三)其他
1.行銷廠商[讀書會朋友的公司]
導流方式:
(1)互相合作:互相在對方FB做流量
(2)沒有品牌的商家，相關產業到社群找KOL、做影片、促銷活動
2.就業、工作相關
(1)html、 css、 jquery(還是要會 js)
(2)github、git要會
(3)react.js、 angular.js、vue [要會一個]
(1) 每家公司要的不一樣
(2) 可以看一下104，徵SEO的部份他們要甚麼技能
(3) 有些公司會分SEO優化師、SEO工程師
(4)SEO優化師: 關鍵字規劃、數據分析、HTML、CSS、JS、wordpress 要會的
(5)SEO工程師 : 未提及
(1) 把地端的東西打包到雲端去[智慧製造]
(2) 舉例來說，雅馬遜因為黑色星期五(黑五)，流量爆了，因此有個流量伺服器，對付這個流量 ，那平時沒有用，把伺服器租出去，造成另外個商機[AWS]
